Adam Barbu

Adam Barbu is a writer, curator, and educator based in Ottawa. They hold an M.A. in Art History from the University of Toronto. They are a recipient of the Middlebrook Prize for Young Canadian Curators and have contributed to publications that include Canadian Art, Esse art + opinions, OnCurating, and Journal of Curatorial Studies. They have lectured on special topics in contemporary art and queer theory locally, nationally, and internationally.
