Ignazio Colt Nicastro

Ignazio Colt Nicastro (he/him) is a Toronto based curator and writer who specializes in theories relating to intersectional identities and/or notions of the self. His work showcases the multiplicity of queerness, the diaspora, immigration settlement, and evolving identities. Nicastro has published exhibition reviews with Femme Art Review, Jamii, Red Head Gallery, and has also published a YA Fantasy book, The Trials of Salahan. His fiction writing continues in his upcoming horror novel, The Clearing. Nicastro is also the Founder and Curator for IC Contemporary, a pop-up art gallery that utilizes online and in-person programming to bridge communities to contemporary art.
